Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation, subject to product availability. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service availability, and other external factors. Generally, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment. In some cases, we may offer free shipping as per ongoing offers or order value.

Customers are requested to provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email while placing the order. Vastrika Kurtis will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address, wrong contact number, or customer unavailability.

Once the order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with the customer through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
