Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

In case of order cancellation, please ask on mail to cancel the order before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return / Exchange Policy:

At Vastrika Kurtis, return or exchange is applicable only if the customer receives a wrong item or a damaged item.

Customers must email us within 3 days of delivery to request approval for return or exchange. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Once the request is reviewed and approved by our team, exchange will be available only for the same case.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for size issues, colour variation, change of mind, or personal preference.

Note for Return / Exchange

The item should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The product must have original packaging and tags in place. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

Return or exchange requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange approval will be given only after verification of the unboxing video and product condition.
